If you meet with some difficulties and faults during installation and using, we shall provide you such service as following in order to protect customers' interests:
  • If it is caused by the company (manufacturer), the company must return it to customers in according to the actual price, and be charged with transport fee (highway or railway fee) and the impropriate expense (within 3 months).
  • If it is caused by the customers (direct customers), the company returns it to them in according to certain proportion of actual price, but any transport fee for return will be taken by the customer.
  • If it (required and special products) is caused by the customers, the company returns it to them in according to 45% of actual price, but any transport fee for return will be taken by the customer.
  • If the product exceeds the period of three guarantees prior to approval, the company returns it to customers in according to 50% of actual price, but any transport fee for return will be taken by the customer.
  • The company should make some proposal in 5 days and complete it in 12 days after we receive customers' advice and returning/compensation lists.
